INFOZKB Demo Terms

Effective date: February 28, 2026

Welcome to the INFOZKB Demo Banking Platform. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website, including all pages, features, forms, account simulations, dashboards, and educational transaction tools provided here. This platform is designed strictly for software demonstration, classroom practice, portfolio presentation, and user-interface training. It is not a real bank, does not operate under banking licenses, and does not provide regulated financial products. By using this platform, you agree to treat all account data, balances, transfers, and confirmations as simulated educational outputs only and not as legal records, financial statements, or proof of real-world transactions.

Eligibility to use this platform is limited to individuals who understand that the system is non-production and non-financial. You may access the site for study, testing, demonstration, and internal review. You agree not to represent this platform as a live banking environment in communications with third parties, clients, employers, or institutions. You must not rely on any page content as professional legal, financial, tax, compliance, or investment advice. Content presented across the system, including policy text, forms, examples, and transaction histories, is illustrative and educational. We may update, revise, or remove content at any time without notice to support technical improvements and training objectives.

When creating a demo account, you are responsible for entering safe, non-sensitive, and non-confidential information. You must not submit real account credentials, real payment card data, real government identity numbers, regulated personal identifiers, or confidential institutional records. The platform does not request official banking identity documentation, and any field values are used only to simulate standard onboarding workflows. You are responsible for maintaining control of your demo account credentials and MPIN. If you share your credentials, allow unauthorized access, or test with public devices, you accept responsibility for resulting misuse within this demonstration environment.

Account registration enables access to sample features such as profile management, balance visualization, transfer simulation, and transaction history display. All values shown, including initial balances and updated balances after transfers, are generated in a controlled data store for educational behavior modeling. They do not represent real money, ledger settlement, treasury movement, clearing operations, or custody records. Any transfer confirmation, success animation, and transaction log entry exists solely to demonstrate front-end and back-end application behavior. You acknowledge that these values are not legally enforceable and cannot be used to support claims of payment, debt discharge, or financial ownership.

You agree to use the platform in a lawful, ethical, and non-disruptive manner. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, privilege escalation, source tampering, API abuse, credential stuffing, denial-of-service testing without permission, scraping for harmful purposes, distribution of malware, and any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities. You may not use the platform to test illegal workflows, evade legal obligations, or simulate fraudulent financial activities intended for real-world misuse. If suspicious activity is detected, access may be restricted, accounts may be disabled, and logs may be reviewed for security and educational integrity purposes.

To support teaching and development goals, certain actions may be monitored at a technical level, such as page requests, session validity checks, failed login attempts, and transfer simulation events. This monitoring is used for debugging, reliability, and abuse prevention in a demo context. It is not intended to profile users for commercial banking decisions. You understand that demonstration systems may contain intentional simplifications and may not include full enterprise-grade controls used in real financial infrastructure. You must therefore avoid evaluating this platform as a complete compliance implementation and should treat it as an instructional model only.

System availability is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, permanent account retention, or immutable data storage. Database records may be reset, migrated, anonymized, or removed during maintenance, testing cycles, educational workshops, and code refactoring. Features may change in behavior without backward compatibility. You agree that temporary or permanent service interruptions, visual inconsistencies, sample data resets, and route modifications may occur as part of normal development operations. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on simulation data, including missed deadlines, presentation changes, or assumption errors.

Intellectual property rights for software structure, interface layout, naming, documentation language, and educational design assets remain with their respective owners, contributors, or licensors. You may review and interact with the platform for learning and demonstration, but you may not copy branding in a deceptive manner, remove attribution where required, or redistribute modified versions in ways that imply official endorsement. If open-source components are used, those components remain governed by their own licenses. You are responsible for understanding any downstream licensing obligations before reusing code patterns or UI concepts in personal or commercial work.

Third-party resources such as fonts, icons, stock images, or external links may appear for visual and instructional purposes. We do not control third-party availability, terms, privacy practices, or content updates. Inclusion of a third-party reference does not constitute sponsorship, legal affiliation, or financial partnership. If you access third-party services from links on this site, you do so under their terms and at your own risk. We are not responsible for external service disruptions, policy conflicts, or security incidents occurring outside this demonstration platform’s infrastructure.

These Terms may be revised periodically to reflect technical upgrades, security adjustments, UX changes, and updated educational scope. The latest published version on this page supersedes prior versions from the publication date shown. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. If you do not agree with a revised provision, you should discontinue use immediately. For training institutions or teams deploying custom forks, local administrators may adopt stricter policies than those described here. In case of conflict, stricter internal governance should be followed for classroom, organizational, or project compliance.

Nothing in these Terms creates a fiduciary relationship, custodian duty, credit agreement, insured deposit relationship, advisory contract, or payment-processing obligation. No employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture is formed through use of this platform. Any references to accounts, balances, clients, payments, or security controls are educational simulations and not legally binding representations of regulated banking operations. You agree that reliance on this site for real financial decision-making is inappropriate. Always use licensed professionals and verified production systems for actual legal, financial, or compliance requirements.

By continuing to use INFOZKB Demo Banking Platform, you confirm you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions in full, including the simulation-only nature of all functionality. If you are using this application on behalf of a class, team, or institution, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that context. If any provision is found unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, remaining provisions continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted. Questions regarding usage expectations should be directed to the educational maintainer of this demo implementation.
